Your experience begins with a VOYA sea salt foot soak, accompanied by a welcoming ritual. Invigorating notes of zesty eucalyptus fill the air as guided breath-holding and releasing techniques are performed with the support of your therapist.

You will then be guided onto the treatment bed to enjoy a 20-minute hot stone massage focused on the back, neck, and shoulders, using VOYA Serenergise Muscle Relaxation Oil. Enriched with ginger and ginseng, this therapeutic blend helps muscles recover from fatigue and supports post-exercise restoration.
